How is progression measured and when do I move from Beginner to Inter / Advanced level?

By recording your own results and milestones achieved on the spreadsheet provided. Progression in all exercises and increased numbers as well as overall fitness. Moving up would be gauged on your overall level and conditioning. There is no race to do this as this is a journey you want to enjoy. Only when you feel you can challenge yourself more and feel that you can set further milestones would you do this.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. These sessions are geared for beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Always remember “WE ALL HAVE TO START SOMEWHERE”

Do I need to work out every day?

No. However, we do recommend training at least 3 – 4 times per week to give a better chance of results.

Do I need to vary my workout to see results?

The more you vary your workouts the more results you will see. Our sessions are devised to allow for this.

What type of training do I need to do to lose weight?

Our session provided will do this for you. However, losing weight and improving fitness doesn’t just come to you. Hard work, commitment, belief, trust, effort, discipline….these are just some of the factors that are required to see results.

Can we guarantee results?

No, there is never any guarantees. If you give the guarantee that you are willing to put in the effort and hard work then there is a much higher chance of success.

How does exercise help mental health?

Research has shown that exercise can help to reduce stress, improve your self-confidence, alleviate anxiety and improve concentration. Plus, it releases endorphins, which encourage feelings of happiness.

Be careful not to over train, as this can put your body and mind under stress, raising levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Therefore a balanced exercise plan is key.

Down in clothes size but haven’t lost weight?

You’ve gone down a trouser size because you’ve slimmed down. You’ve lost volume (from fat) but have gained weight (from muscle). Muscle weighs more than fat, which is why the scales haven’t changed. This reflects the difference between volume and weight. Remember that what’s important is how you feel and look – and not the number on the scales!

If I cancel the direct debit will this cancel my agreement?

Your Direct Debit is the way you pay for your service with the service provider. This is separate from the agreement that you have made with them relating to how long payments should be made and any cancel notice that is required. You should always speak to our team before stopping the Direct Debit as you could incur further charges.

Can I change the date of my payment?

In certain circumstances, it may be possible to change the date of your payment; however, you may be required to make a pro-rata payment. Please contact us to discuss your request.

I’m currently paying a subscription for a service and want to cancel, what should I do?

Simply contact RMKB and advise of your cancellation. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time. Payments are taken 1 month in advance therefore cancelling for the following month is your option.
